As we close out H2, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the people who make Mixology Digital what it is. None of it happens without the individuals who show up every day with intention, heart and a genuine commitment to each other.

These awards aren’t just a tradition. They’re a reminder of how much of our success is shaped by the care, generosity and effort that happen behind the scenes. The teammate who’s always there with support. The person who finds a solution when it feels like there isn’t one. The steady presence who keeps a project on track. The spark of creativity that lifts everyone around them.

H2 brought all of that and more. What stood out wasn’t just the work itself, but the people who helped Mixology Digital feel reliable and people-first in the moments that mattered.

So today, we’re celebrating them.

Here are the winners of our H2 2025 Awards. The people who bring our values to life and inspire how we think, collaborate and move forward.

Peple People Award

This award celebrates someone who brings humanity into every interaction. They listen, support, and communicate with honesty and respect, not because it’s required, but because it’s who they are. 

Our winner is: Katerina, Charalambous, Director of Client Success

Katerina - People People

Here are just a few of the comments Katerina received:

Kat embodies a 'People Person'. She always takes the time to try to understand each individual and celebrates everyone's unique quirks! A proud Cypriot, she wants to understand and immerse herself in other people's culture and find common ground on which to celebrate.

Kat is so open and easy to get along with. She takes a genuine interest in everyone and wants the best for the team.

I can turn to Kat any time of the day; she’s always willing to explain even the most trivial thing or jump into a chat for a few minutes just to help reset my brain. She makes the team feel lighter and more supported.

Growth Mindset Award

This award goes to someone who embraces learning in all its forms. They lean into challenges, welcome feedback, and stay open to new ways of working. Their attitude lifts the people around them and sets the tone for continuous improvement across the team.

Our winner is: Jan Roxas, Account Manager

Here are just a few of the comments Jan received:

A 2025 newbie, from day one, Jan has embodied all of the Mixology values, but growth mindset and positivity stand out for me. Jan is so eager to learn, test, get feedback and optimise. You rarely see Jan without that beaming smile, and that's only when he's deep in concentration. I'm really proud of how Jan has tackled his onboarding and is always willing to push himself and put himself 'out there' in order to learn and develop.

Since joining, Jan has shown great perseverance and views setbacks as opportunities to improve.

Jan actively builds momentum for himself in the market and internally during his ramp. Already working on RFPs with big accounts, and showing there is no challenge too big for him to conquer.

 

Accountability and Communication Award

This award recognises someone who leads with clarity, ownership and trust. They say what needs to be said, follow through on commitments, and help teams move with confidence. When things get busy, they’re the steady voice keeping everyone aligned.

Our winner is: El Bryant, VP of RevOps

El - Accountability

Here are just a few of the comments El received:

El's approach to leadership is truly great. The effort she brings to her work is second to none, and it consistently inspires the whole team. What’s even more impressive is that she still makes time to support and assist people across the company, on both sides of the pond. Taking accountability and Communication to the next level.

El is transparent, dependable, and when she needs something from you, the steps are clearly outlined. She keeps everyone aligned, communicates clearly, and always follows through. There is clearly a vision in her head, which makes it easier to follow her.

El’s has a very strong skillset in being able to communicate directly but fairly in a way where you know where you stand. She always leads from the front and is open and honest with whatever it is she is talking about. She sets the path and communicates clearly about how the team can get there. A worthy winner of this award.

Striving for Excellence Award

This award honours the person who consistently raises the bar, not through perfectionism, but through care, craft and attention to detail. They take pride in their work, deliver with intention, and push projects to a higher standard.

Our winner is: Lukas Salanci, Senior Business Development Manager

Lukas has taken the world by storm with his 2nd stay at Mixology. His outreach numbers and quality have been outrageously good, and performance booking super high-level meetings is incredible to see.

Luaks’ dedication and work ethic are great, and he seems extremely open to learning and improving.

Lukas has such an attention to detail and a keenness to do more and learn more that I think we could all learn from him. It’s a pleasure being able to work and collaborate with him.

Lukas strives for excellence in his role. Sometimes he's his own worst enemy (!!) in being too hard on himself, but he sets very high expectations for himself and does everything within his control to deliver. It's been great to have Lukas back on the team, and I think it's clear that his impact is already considerable across the accounts he's been able to engage. I look forward to seeing Lukas take the next step in his career in 2026 and building on this momentum.

Proud Disruptor Award

This award shines a light on the bold thinker who sees possibility where others see process. They bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions and help us rethink how we show up as a business. Their creativity sparks momentum — and keeps us moving forward.

Our winner is: Natasha Vickery-Orme, Director of Brand and Content

Natasha Vickery-Orme - Proud Diruptor

Here are just a few of the comments Natasha received:

Natasha is a true disruptor. As our Director of Brand and Content, we are in safe hands. She transforms strategy into compelling content that differentiates us and keeps our brand ahead of the curve.

My vote is for Natasha. She defines challenging the norm and is always looking for ways we can stand out from the competition in creative and innovative ways.

Natasha is disrupting the world of B2B LinkedIn influencing with her amazing work, using details from client and prospect meetings to guide her LinkedIn posts on my LinkedIn profile. Really a game-changer.

Star of H2 Award

The Star of H2 is someone who’s made an outstanding contribution throughout the half. They’ve delivered meaningful results, shown unwavering support for their team, and played a key role in shaping our progress. Their impact has been felt across the business, and H2 was stronger because of them.

Our winner is: Sunita, Finance Director

Here are just a few of the comments Sunita received:

Sunita’s work in finance is no easy task, yet she works it flawlessly. (Can only imagine all the work it took to get the team to London) She is a finance guru and undoubtedly the star of H2!

I think sometimes Sunita's impact can go under the radar, but comparing how 'all things finance' ran pre-Sunita vs now, she definitely deserves a Star! Sunita embodies all of our values and is a great team member, a sounding board, and often the voice of reason! Her pragmatic approach filters down into the success of each department across the company. For this reason, Sunita is my Star of H2!

Sunita is very worthy star of H2. She does a lot behind the scenes to keep the business going that is often unnoticed. From payroll on time, to commissions and invoicing/billing clients, it's no small feat. She has allowed us to be a lot smarter as a business on how we go to market and is always a good voice of insight on a number of matters across the business.

Bonus awards

With the whole team finally together in person, we decided to add a couple of light-hearted bonus awards — a fun way to recognise the moments and personalities that have kept us smiling throughout the half.

Queen of Banter

This award goes to the person whose quick wit, sharp humour and all-round excellent banter consistently lifts the room.

Our winner is: Gina Kirkwood, Senior Client Success Manager

Best Icebreaker Answer
