Twice a year, we take a moment to pause and celebrate that brilliance. The H1 Awards are our way of recognising the people who make this place special. Those who embody our values in ways big and small, and who inspire the rest of us to raise the bar.
Our award categories reflect what matters most to us as a business: positivity, growth, excellence, accountability, creativity, and above all, being a team that’s proud to do things differently.
The number of heartfelt nominations this round has been overwhelming (in the best way). It’s a reminder of how much admiration and respect there is within our teams, and how many individuals are making an impact each and every day.

Positivity Award
For the person who always brings the good vibes, this award celebrates someone whose positivity is contagious. They lift others up, support their teammates, and help create an environment where people genuinely enjoy showing up each day.
Our winner is: Gina Kirkwood, Senior Campaign Manager US
Here are just a few of the comments Gina received:
Gina radiates calm and warmth, but with a 'can-do', work hard attitude! While our paths don't cross that much, whenever they do, I'm left feeling that much more positive! We all need more Gina in our lives!!
Gina is a really integral part of the Mixology team. She is involved in many aspects of the company, always has a smile on her face, and always makes the team laugh.
Gina is just such a positive, warm and lovely person. She takes to Campaign Management with the most upbeat and positive approach, which is so huge for our clients and sales team. It's not always plain sailing in campaign management, but it never gets to Gina's positivity.
Growth Mindset Award
This award goes to someone who sees every challenge as an opportunity and every piece of feedback as fuel for growth. Whether they’re upskilling, problem-solving, or helping others learn, they lead by example when it comes to personal and professional development.
Our winner is: Hunter Silva, Senior Sales Director US

Hunter is always learning, adapting and tailoring his outreach to be super relevant. Every quarter, he hits his target and is super open to feedback and improving.
Hunter is the kind of person who embodies a true growth mindset—always striving to improve, eager to learn from challenges, and never settling for 'good enough.' Hunter sees every experience as an opportunity to grow stronger, wiser, and more capable.
Hunter has really been stepping out of his comfort zone recently to learn new skills and try new things to support his selling.
Accountability and Communication Award
Clear, honest communication and owning your actions (especially when things don’t go to plan) are key ingredients to a high-performing team. This award celebrates someone who always steps up, keeps everyone in the loop, and leads with transparency and trust.
Our winner is: Frank Rukaj, VP of Global Sales

Frank's approach to leadership is admirable, especially his ability to take accountability when something doesn't go as planned. He's the first to hold his hands up and say, 'oops, let's fix this'.
Frank's Friday emails are always an interesting read, not only because they are entertaining, but because he's good at celebrating wins and also sharing current challenges.
Frank is upfront, real, open, honest and passes on company updates as soon as they've been discussed. He makes time for informal chats, catch-ups and is honest and provides impartial feedback.
Striving for Excellence Award
This one’s for the perfectionists (in the best sense). It recognises the individual who holds themselves to a high standard, puts in the effort to get things right, and never settles for average. Their work speaks volumes, and so does their dedication.
Our winner is: Bex Tebbutt, Marketing Manager
Bex only joined the team in March, but she's already having a huge impact! Here are just a few of the comments Bex received:
Bex has been absolutely amazing since she joined Mixology. She learned about all the processes and thought of ways to make them all better. No task is ever too much for Bex, and she is always very enthusiastic with everything she does.
Since joining, Bex has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to high standards. Her drive to push boundaries, deliver exceptional quality, and continuously get involved in anything and everything is truly inspiring.
The plans Bex has in place to take marketing to the next level are really impressive.
Proud Disruptor Award
Some people follow the rules. Others rewrite them. This award is for the bold thinker who brings fresh energy, creative ideas, and the kind of curiosity that drives real change. They challenge the status quo, and we love them for it.

Bex managed to snag more than one of our awards, showing she truly embodies the Mixology Digital spirit! Here are just a few of the comments Bex received:
In the short time Bex has been here, she's completely overhauled the way we think about our marketing approach and truly innovated our GTM strategy.
Bex has come into the team like an absolute tornado and just gets sh*t done! She doesn’t shy away from feedback, is keen to keep momentum moving with action points and collaboration. Bex isn’t afraid to disrupt the status quo and is constantly searching for ways we can improve and putting plans in place to make them a reality. For these reasons, Bex is my Proud Disruptor!
It’s hard to look at anyone who is trying to disrupt the norm of how we have worked more than Bex. Since she joined, she has moved countless projects forward and has been instrumental in looking at the ways we operate as a business across sales and marketing. She is a true disruptor who understands what makes a difference and how we can utilise our resources to be a proud disruptor in the industry.
Star of H1 Award
The Star of H1 is someone who’s gone above and beyond, not just once or twice, but consistently. They’ve delivered real results, shown up for their team, and helped shape a better, bolder Mixology Digital. Their impact has been nothing short of stellar.
Our winner is: Bex Tebbutt, Marketing Manager
And for the first time ever, Bex has scored an award hat trick! Here are just a few of the comments Bex received:
For me, the Star of H1 has to be Bex. Bex has made such a huge impact across the business in such a small amount of time. She’s come in, reviewed how we’re doing things now, and identified ways to improve (from a marketing, campaigns, and sales approach). Bex coming in with a fresh perspective (as well as being so bloody lovely!) has helped us solidify our vision for H2, and put systems and processes in place to make them a reality, and with as little disruption as possible.
It cannot be overstated how much of an asset Bex has already been to our team in her short time here! She is full of so many creative ideas and fresh insights that have already made a huge impact on Mixology. She is smart and savvy and does it all with a smile :) We are so happy to have you here!
