Our people are at the core of everything we do—they’re the foundation of our success. As we reflect on the achievements of the second half of 2024, it’s time to come together to celebrate the outstanding contributions of our team.
This year, we’re excited to give our awards programme a refresh that aligns with the core values of our company culture. These awards recognise individuals who not only go the extra mile but also set inspiring examples of what our values look like in action.
The number of thoughtful nominations across the categories has been truly inspiring, showcasing the strong bonds and mutual appreciation within our teams. While every nominee deserves recognition, our winners have set themselves apart and embody the excellence we strive for.
Positivity Award
This award recognises an individual who embodies a positive and uplifting attitude, creating a supportive and motivating work environment. The recipient consistently spreads positivity, fosters teamwork, and inspires others through their optimistic outlook and resilience.
Our winner is: Emma Tinker, Account Director EMEA
Emma's won our Positivity Award twice in a row! Here are just a few of the comments she received:

Growth Mindset Award
This award honours an individual who consistently embraces challenges, seeks opportunities to learn, and demonstrates resilience in the face of obstacles. Their commitment to personal and professional growth inspires those around them to strive for continuous improvement.
Our winner is: Frank Rukaj, VP of Global Sales
Frank's only been with us since August but he's having a huge impact. Here are just a few of the comments he received:
Frank has embodied a growth mindset since he joined, always prepared to 'muck in' and take all the positives.
Frank embodies a growth mindset and at no time was this more evident than when he joined, which was at a time of movement within the sales team. He looked at the opportunity and adapted the opportunity, not the negativity.
In a few months, Frank has completely changed the outlook, mindset and approach of the Mixology team.
Striving for Excellence Award
This award is for the individual who consistently delivers their best, sets the bar high, and never settles for “good enough”—always striving to make things better than average. Their dedication, attention to detail, and pursuit of quality make them a true standout in the team.
Our winner is: Sunita Kerai, Head of Finance
Here are just a few of the comments Sunita received:
Sunita's attention to detail and approach to Finance has completely revolutionised how we do things. But on top of that, she's gone several steps further to really ensure we're in a strong financial position and we have the infrastructure in place to succeed in the future.
Sunita's work within the finance department is a part of the business that takes extreme attention to detail. Anytime numbers don’t make sense in the tracker or monthly expenses need to be submitted, Sunita is on top of it.
Sunita definitely deserves this award. Her high standards have hugely and positively impacted the financial side of our business. Hard to imagine what times were like without her that’s how much of an impact she has had!
Accountability and Communication Award
Given to the person who stands out for taking ownership, being reliable, and communicating openly and honestly to keep everyone aligned and moving forward. The Accountability and Communication Award is for someone who always strives to communicate well and who you know would be accountable for their actions, even if things haven’t gone to plan.
Our winner is: Katerina Charalambous, Head of Campaigns

Kat is the guiding light of our campaigns. She's undoubtedly one of the key reasons why we have one of the best, if not the best, campaign management teams in the industry. Leading such a talented team requires exceptional accountability and communication skills, both of which Kat demonstrates effortlessly.
Kat says it how it is. I have worked with her more closely last month and she is reliable and takes ownership of her work helping keep the invoicing side ticking over smoothly.
Kat is superb at dealing with clients and managing stakeholders internally too. She is clear at communicating, works as long as it takes to get the job done and is the best example of how to get things done in a clear, concise and professional (fun too) way.
Proud Disruptor Award
This one’s for the bold thinker who challenges the norm, isn’t afraid to shake things up, and creates lasting impact through fresh ideas and creativity. This award is for the Mixologist who always looks at things with a creative, fresh perspective on how we can be different and stand out in this competitive space.
Our winner is: Natasha Vickery-Orme, Creative Content Director

Natasha is full of great ideas. I love how much she offers insight across the business, to multiple teams. She definitely takes our value of wanting to stand out and runs with it consistently.
Natasha is always coming up with new and inventive ideas. She pushes the envelope to try out new tactics and set us apart from our competitors.
Natasha's bold ideas and innovative approach constantly push us to think outside the box. She isn’t afraid to take risks and redefine what’s possible. Her willingness to disrupt conventional thinking has led to remarkable breakthroughs, making a lasting impact on our team and organisation.
Star of H2 Award
The Star of H2 Award is for an individual who has truly gone above and beyond expectations during the first half of the year. This person has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, achieved great results, and made significant contributions to the company’s success, embodying the positive, forward-thinking values we look for. Their dedication, hard work, and exceptional achievements set them apart as a shining star within the organisation!
Our winner is: Josh Dietert, Senior Account Director US

Josh has completely smashed this year! The conversations, deals, pipeline, guidance, knowledge sharing and confirmed deals he's done. He's low key and I feel like he has completely smashed pilots, bringing in new clients and pitches.
Josh did an amazing job building on all of his accounts and booking new biz from cross-selling
Josh has come such a long way this part of the year and have seen such a change in his confidence.
