Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive our lead generation and sales enablement efforts. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of planning and executing campaigns that build brand awareness, nurture prospects, and move leads through the sales funnel.

Salary: up to £50K
Location: London (Hybrid) – need to be able to visit the office at least twice a week
Reports to: Creative Content Director

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support lead generation and sales enablement
- Plan, create and manage content for (but not limited to) social media and email
- Support the movement of leads through the marketing and sales funnel by creating targeted nurture campaigns
- Work closely with sales, leadership, and other teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
- Utilise HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign tracking to improve marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, create, and promote case studies and testimonials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives
- Plan and execute in-person events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise for performance.
- Can demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities, leading projects, and solving problems independently.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience planning and managing events is a plus
